Position Overview

State Farm Insurance Agent located in Bakersfield, CA is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Isaias Ruiz - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships to service our products including auto and life insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day with a strong ability to multitask.

  • Must be willing and able to obtain a California Property & Casualty License and Life & Health License
  • Must be available to work the following schedule: Monday - Friday 830a-530p

Compensation: $46,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
