Seeking a Marketing Liaison to coordinate community marketing, relationship-building, and outreach efforts. This position focuses on promoting brand awareness, generating leads through local events, outbound calls, and partnerships, and supporting office growth initiatives, with the opportunity for advancement.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute local marketing and networking activities that raise brand awareness and generate leads, representing the agency at community events using a company provided vehicle.
Conduct outbound marketing calls to prospective clients as a key lead generation strategy.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with referral partners and key centers of influence within the community, ensuring timely and meaningful follow-up to foster collaboration.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate and qualify leads for licensed sales staff.
Assist in setting and achieving marketing goals aligned with office growth initiatives.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to daily success, continuous learning, and professional development. 
Assist in creating and executing social media plans and strategies to enhance community engagement and brand visibility.


Qualifications

Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience with marketing, communications, or community outreach preferred but not required.
Genuine interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs.
Enthusiasm for how insurance and financial products help people manage risks and achieve their goals.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to build strong community relationships.
Ability to relate effectively to customers and understand their needs.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and a willingness to learn and support social media marketing efforts.
Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses (resources and support provided).

Compensation: $16.90 - $20.00 per hour
